That superimposes a series of lines on the screen of your smartphone’s camera that are based on the “rule of thirds” — a photographic composition principle that says an image should be broken down into thirds, both horizontally and vertically, so you have nine parts in total. Don’t think much about it, Just Use Gridlines.

High Dynamic Range

The full form of HDR is High Dynamic Range. After turning this mode on to your Smartphone the camera automatically takes several photos with various exposure values, and then merges them into one photo.

When to use HDR mode:

By zooming, subject will be fade

When you take a photo from a distance, it’s tempting to zoom in on something specific you’re trying to capture. But it’s actually better not to zoom in doing so can make the photo appear grainy, blurry, or pixelated.

Instead, try to get closer to your subject unless it’s a wild animal because SAFETY FIRST, in which case I would advise keeping your distance — or take the photo from a default distance. The solution is to crop the image later on.

That way, you won’t compromise quality, and it’s easier to play around or optimize a larger image.

Learn from your mistakes

Getting overexposed, blurry or badly composed photos can be frustrating, but rather than letting such photos discourage you, use them as a learning tool. The next time you get a bad photo; don’t immediately hit the delete button. Instead, spend some time studying the photo to work out what went wrong and how you could improve it.
